Stillwater Capital plans to bring a multifamily project with a $100 million price tag to Mansfield later this year, adding to a 200-acre mixed-use development. Located on Reserve Way, the forthcoming development will total 443,000 square feet. The project will break ground in July and deliver in 2025, according to a filing with the state. 'This is the next phase in a 200-acre, master-planned development by Stillwater,' said Clay Roby, managing director at Stillwater Capital, in a prepared statement.
