Mansfield City Council has approved a contract with the Ohio Department of Transportation to plow snow US 30 within the city limits. The cost is $107,000 dollars, according to RichlandSource.com, which will include some smaller sections of state routes in town. This will allow Mansfield crews to focus on city streets quicker.
