A.C. Plumbing, Heating and Mechanical has sold Mansfield Plumbing products since the company started in 1980. Over the years, owner Anthony Caruso, Sr. has seen many changes in the sanitaryware industry, but he keeps coming back to Mansfield.

“If a product tests well with our commercial customers then we’ll suggest it to our residential clients,” says Caruso, whose company is located in Bedford Heights, Ohio. “We sell a large amount of Mansfield’s ADA-compliant SmartHeight toilets to all our customers. We like supporting a company that makes products in America, and especially in the same state as us. When they prosper, the entire state of Ohio benefits.”

Caruso recently toured Mansfield’s Perrysville facility and calls the experience “eye-opening” due to the size and scope of the operation. “No company is perfect all the time,” says Caruso. “It’s how you handle problems that really matters. We had some concerns with a small callback issue recently. Our Mansfield sales person was right there working on the issue with us and the engineers listened to us. It’s good to know the people behind the products. This attention to our needs is one factor that keeps us selling Mansfield.”
